The Doña Ana Restaurant is located in the newly remodeled Plaza del Mercado Bayamon. It specializes in Creole food. Especially the steak and onions with homemade potato chips, they are tasty. It is a good lively restaurant and friendly service, purely Puerto Rican. They have being serving excellent food for 40 years. It definitely has to be good. They are open: Monday and Tuesday 11-4, Wednesday and Thursday from 11-9, 11- 10 Friday, Saturday 12-10 and Sunday 12 - 9. From Thursday to Sunday they have live music at night.
