Zafra del Caribbean is a high cuisine restaurant, located in Gurabo, about 20 minutes from San Juan. Their slogan is Mediterranean Creole food. One of its specialties is the risotto, rice from northern Italy, made with a broth that gives it a creamy texture. Also their fish is super fresh and taste great. The decoration is in wood, glass top tables and glasses; ideal for a romantic getaway or for any special celebration. It has two rooms one air-conditioned and another one outdoors. The outdoor lounge is very cool; in the roof they installed a system that generates a mist that makes the temperature drops considerably. They also have a salon for activities. Their dishes range between $20 to $30. They are open from Wednesday to Sunday from 11 am to 10 pm.
