Palomino Island

Palomino Island is a private island northeast of Fajardo. It is a beautiful island with crystal clear water and white sand. It is perfect for snorkeling, swimming with caution, enjoy the water with your friends or make any kind of water sport. There is also an area for beach volleyball, trails that lets you enjoy all the island and free beach chairs around the entire beach. The hotel has a restaurant (Iguanas Café) on the island where you can order hamburgers, pizzas, salads and drinks among other things. There is a souvenir shop where you can find: inflatables for children, sunscreen, hats, sunglasses and other beach items. The island has restrooms and potable water. If you're interested, you can celebrate activities on the island such as weddings and corporate activities among others. To get there you have two options:

• If you are a guest of the El Conquistador Hotel, you can use their free ferry that travels to the island every 30 minutes.
• Have a private boat.
