El Fogon de Abuela Restaurant is located on the coast of Camuy, just steps from the el Peñón Amador beach. If you go down the highway #2, detour about 10 minutes and you'll enjoy their delicious food and spectacular view. Their specialty for more than 4 decades has been the creole food. They have a lounge with air conditioning and other outdoors. On our visit we tried the creole snapper and octopus and conch salad, both were delicious. If you are in the northern area looking for a restaurant near the beach, we recommend El Fogón de Abuela.
