Angelito Trail
Río Grande, Puerto Rico

Angelito Trail is one of the many trails of the El Yunque National Forest in Rio Grande. It is a short and easy path to walk that takes you to an excellent natural pool in the Mameyes River. It is a good alternative to enjoy El Yunque as it tends to be less crowded than other popular areas. To get there, you must pass the entrance to “El Portal del Yunque” and turn left on road 988. You will see a sign identifying the road to Angelito Trail. Within minutes you'll find a bridge that crosses the river. After this bridge, you'll see the trail entrance. There is no parking. You must park in the side of the road.

Mi vereda favorita, es bastante corta, aprox. 30 min y al final hay un charco bastante grande, es poco frecuentada y por esto me gusta mas.
