The Punta Mulas lighthouse is located in the town Isabel II in Vieques. It was built in 1895 to facilitate the entrance of boats to the port. The entrance to the port of Vieques is extremely dangerous because of the amount of reefs in shallow waters that cause the boats to get stuck.
From this lighthouse you will be able to appreciate the beautiful town of Isabel II, the colorful fishing boats and Puerto Rico in the distance. The entrance to the lighthouse is free.
